Hi! I'm Ariana, also known as Amy. I'm recently graduated with my MAT degree, and this fall I'm going to be substitute teaching in elementary schools. Meanwhile I am wrapping up my ESOL endorsement and my TAG certification. I'm something of an amateur fantasy author, and maybe someday I'll get published. I love reading fantasy and sci fi, playing video games (especially RPGs), writing, and singing. I sing in a contemporary black gospel choir. I used to run an online RPG that has since finished, but I will be doing more in the future; at the moment I'm starting a tabletop Star Wars game. I enjoy studying archaeology, astronomy, linguistics and languages, literature, and especially myths and legends. I also love to travel, especially to Europe and Hawaii. Lately I've also gotten interested in cooking, particularly Italian, and I'm growing my own herb garden. I've also taken up knitting and jewelry making (beading). I'm also in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) and was recently voted in as Pied Piper for our barony.
